Built in 1909, historical site No.124. The building was established as one of government means and the representstive western building at the same time. It was also an international co-operative building designed by British G.D.Harding, Korean Uwiseok Sim, Russian Sabatine and Japanese Kogawa. Interior design by British Robel. 3rd floors & 54.2m x 31m. Architect by Iwai Josaburo in 3 November 1925-26. 4 storeys, B 1st floor & 2 towers, total area 7,530. E-shape so it held the plaza and Taepyeongro. Style is a simplified version of a eclecticism architecture that has been largely influenced by Japan's National Assembly building.

Architect by Gyeongseongbu on 1935. 3rd floors, architectural area 1,835 and total area 5,385. Former Sejong Cultural Center Annex and National Assembly Hall. Built as the center for citizen under the rule of the Japanese imperialism.
