Gyeonbuk Folklore Material No.63. This old house was built around 1880, when Shim Hotaek,a seventh generation descendent of Shim Cheodae, a very wealthy man during the reign of King Yeongjo, moved to Deokcheon-dong, his ancestor's hometown.
